Applications are open for our Fall 2018 FORM+FUND workshop series! Apply here 

Apps close September 1: If you'd like to learn the legal, financial, and organizational aspects of starting and scaling a business, you're invited to apply to be a FORM+FUND Fellow for Fall 2018. You can find the application here. F+F Fellows are given priority registration for each of the sessions, are eligible for a FORM+FUND Fellowship certificate, and can sign up for attorney office hours during the semester. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis through the end of August with the first workshop scheduled for September 4, 2018. The schedule for the seven sessions (subject to change) can be found here.

The FORM+FUND Series is comprised of two-hour sessions that address critical operational, financial, and legal components of starting and scaling a successful business. Each session also features office hours hosted by leading Silicon Valley attorneys and venture capitalists. Workshop capacity is extremely limited and priority will be given to entrepreneurs that enroll in the full series. These entrepreneurs, our Form+Fund Fellows, will also be awarded a Form+Fund Fellowship certificate and priority enrollment at the Startup@BerkeleyLaw Investor Showcase.
